Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ZapuskHQ website and your purchase of our Framer templates and template customization services. ZapuskHQ is operated by Margulan Kuatbayev (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Templates and License
Each template purchase includes one single-template license. You may customize the template and use it to create one live website for yourself, your business, or one client. A separate license is required for each additional website.
You may not share or sell the template files or remix link, offer the template as your own product, redistribute it, or use it to create a competing template for sale. Your purchase gives you permission to use the template under this license; ownership of the original template and its included design assets remains with ZapuskHQ or the relevant rights holders.
Template Customization Service
If you purchase a customization service, the work included, required materials, delivery schedule, and any revisions will be agreed with you in writing before work begins. You are responsible for providing content and assets you have permission to use. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
A customization service does not change the template license: the resulting website remains covered by one single-template license.
Orders and Payment
Checkout and payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for purchases made through our checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes payments, issues receipts, and handles applicable transaction taxes. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. ZapuskHQ does not collect or store your full payment-card details.
Prices and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. We may change prices for future orders, but a price change will not alter an order you have already completed.
Delivery, Support, and Refunds
Template access is delivered digitally after a successful purchase. If your access link does not arrive or does not work, contact us at info@zapuskhq.com so we can help.
Support covers questions about accessing or using what you purchased. Any customization work beyond your purchase is available only through a separately agreed service. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights; payment-related refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
Third-Party Services
Our templates are made for Framer, which is a separate service with its own terms, plans, and technical requirements. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, or charges introduced by Framer or other third-party services you choose to connect to your website.
Intellectual Property and Misuse
The ZapuskHQ website, templates, guides, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. If you breach the license terms, we may suspend access to support or updates and terminate your permission to use the template, subject to applicable law.
Availability and Liability
We work to keep our products and website accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular business result from using a template or customization service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of our products or from third-party platform outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws provide otherwise. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Privacy and Changes to These Terms
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms as our products or services change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised; changes will apply to future use and purchases, subject to applicable law.
