Refund Policy

ZapuskHQ sells digital Framer templates and offers a separate template customization service. This policy explains how we handle refund requests for each.

Framer Templates

Templates are delivered digitally after purchase. Because you receive access to a reusable product, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind, choosing the wrong template, or deciding not to use it.

We will review a refund request if you purchased the same template twice by mistake, did not receive access and we cannot restore it, or encounter a significant technical problem that prevents the template from working as described and that we cannot resolve.

If something is wrong, email info@zapuskhq.com with your order email address and a description of the issue. Please give us an opportunity to investigate and help. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected by this policy.

Template Customization Service

If you cancel a customization service before work begins, you may request a refund of the service fee. Once work has begun, any refund will take account of the work already completed and the terms agreed for your project.

If you believe the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, contact us with the details so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

Payments and Refund Processing

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for purchases through our checkout. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

If you have a billing concern or do not recognize a charge, please contact us or Lemon Squeezy so we can help you identify and resolve it. This does not limit your right to contact your payment provider.

Please review the template preview, included features, Framer requirements, and any customization service scope before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a product fits your needs, email us first.
